Endosafe® Nexus 200™
The Endosafe® Nexus™ 200 is a fully enclosed, data integrity compliant, walkaway robotic instrument, capable of testing up to 120 samples per run and performing complex and serial dilutions via Endosafe® cartridge technology.
The advantages of implementing automation are no longer just for high-volume, large manufacturing organizations. Robotics help minimize variation, time, and resources of performing both laboratory and out of specification investigations. Improved agility and shorter testing times can reduce lead times for quality control labs by 60-70% and could eventually lead to real-time product releases. By using automated endotoxin testing designed for a GMP laboratory, lab analysts are free to perform high-value activities such as interpreting data, analyzing trends, and proactively addressing risks, all aspects that are highly stressed in Annex 1.

Endosafe® LAL Cartridge
Endosafe® FDA-licensed LAL Cartridge Technology
The Endosafe cartridge technology is our innovative response to our customers’ need for higher sensitivity and faster quantitative LAL testing results. Designed to optimize and refine our use of LAL, the cartridge technology eliminates a significant amount of the raw material and accessories required for traditional endotoxin testing methods while reducing time-consuming preparation and technician variability.
Each cartridge contains precise amounts of our FDA-licensed chromogenic LAL reagent, chromogenic substrate, and controls needed to obtain rapid, accurate results. The cartridges automatically perform a duplicate sample and positive product control, thereby satisfying the harmonized BET chapters USP<85> or Ph.Eur.<2.6.14> for LAL testing.

Endosafe® Trillium® Cartridge
Our rCR test cartridges are powered by a 3-Factor enzymatic cascade, curated to simulate the natural LAL reaction from the Limulus polyphemus species. The formulation and composition of Trillium includes the 3 critical biological proteins (recombinant Factor C, recombinant Factor B, and recombinant proclotting enzyme) and a specific concentration of key components.

Endosafe® EndoScan-V™ software
Enabling accurate, intuitive data analysis, EndoScan-V™ performs endotoxin calculations and generates secure data files and batch reports for product release as required by the FDA.
