The multifunctional design is suitable for bioluminescence and fluorescence imaging of animal a nd plant samples. The bioluminescence imaging module is mainly used for luminescence imaging of specific cells and biological processes labeled with luciferase; the fluorescence imaging module comes standard with red, blue, green and two near-infrared 5-color LED fluorescent excitation light sources and emission filters.
The system is equipped with a gas anesthesia system for rapidly anesthetizing mice, with the advantages of controlled anesthesia depth, fast animal recovery, low animal mortality and no effect on physiological metabolism, which puts the animals in a stable and natural state, thus making in vivo animal imaging more convenient and simple.
