The AniView DXA Multimodal Animal in vivo Imaging System is a highly sensitive, multimodal animal in vivo imaging system. The system is equipped with a scientific-grade low-temperature CCD camera that provides extremely high detection sensitivity, and its specially designed dark chamber effectively prevents external light and cosmic rays from affecting the imaging. The fluorescence optical path system uses high-power narrow bandwidth LEDs, which offer higher intensity, longer lifespan, and less light attenuation. The globally symmetrical arrangement ensures more uniform light output. Additionally, the system comes with 10 excitation light sources and up to 18 emission filters. Combined with a self-developed spectral separation algorithm, it can achieve the separation of multiple fluorescent probes, significantly reducing the interference of fluorescent background on experimental results. The system also employs adjustable intensity X-ray beams and a linear flat-panel detector, enabling structural imaging of animals to obtain more physical information such as bones, fat, and muscles.
